People's Summit Enlazando Alternativas IV

Between 14 and 18 May 2010, the Bi-regional Europe-Latin America network, Linking Alternatives organised the fourth edition of the People's Summit Enlazando Alternativas (Linking Alternatives) 4. This initiative was the joint work of a wide range of social movements and NGOs in Latin America, the Caribbean (LAC) and Europe. It took place in Madrid, Spainin parallel to the Sixth Summit of Heads of State and Government of LAC and Europe, the highest political expression of the relations between the governments of both regions.
